About Meral

“What struck me so clearly over my career, is just how consistently we reward bad employees and how persistently, we overload and take good employees for granted until they leave or are dismissed from organisations for burnout or sickness.

If we want profit, growth and organizational longevity, why are we undermining the very people who are making it happen?”

Our Founder

Meral Alizada is the originator of Kindness as Infrastructure®, a thought leader, systems thinker, and keynote speaker pioneering kindness as the foundation of human civilization. She is the founder of Results of Kindness (ROK), the world’s first firm dedicated to designing and scaling systems of kindness in workplaces, organizations, and communities.

Her work positions kindness not as performance or gesture, but as a measurable driver of trust, retention, and excellence, creating organizational ecosystems that endure. Through ROK she delivers diagnostics, thought leadership, and systemic transformation that help leaders embed humanity at the core of performance and innovation.

As an upcoming author and two-time TEDx speaker, Meral lives and breathes the vision of  embedding kindness into the very infrastructure of human civilisation.

With roots in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and England, Meral brings a cross-cultural lens shaped by traditions of generosity and communitarian resilience. Her perspective is further deepened by her lived experience navigating structural inequities, giving her the unique ability to diagnose problems at their root and reimagine human systems that restore dignity and resilience.
